Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us.

Our products

Due to the artisanal nature of the goods, every product is unique and may vary slightly from its pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only.

InbedwithyOu does not guarantee the availability of the products offered on the site, as they are subject to stock. In the event of unavailability of the products you ordered, InbedwithyOu will inform you within 5 working days by e-mail. If the product is not available a refund will be issued within 30 days.

Intellectual Property

All the content on the www.inbedwithyou.com Site including any trademarks, copyright and design rights in the goods are the property of and/or exclusively available to InbedwithyOu and its content suppliers, and are protected by English copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Delivery

All purchases will be delivered by DHL between Monday and Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and local or national holidays, from the day after the order confirmation e-mail from InbedwithyOu (the “Order Confirmation”) is sent to you, and in any event within 14 working days of the Order Confirmation. In any case, InbedwithyOu will not be responsible for delays that are unforeseeable and/or attributable to the courier.

In the event of problems or if you do not receive the products within 14 working days of receipt of the Order Confirmation, please contact InbedwithyOu using the email address indicated in the “Contact” section of the site.
InbedwithyOu reserves the right not to respond to complaints sent after 30 days from receipt by you of the Order Confirmation.

Please note for international delivery outside of the European Union, customs fees and additional fees may apply to the order. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to InbedwithyOu in its original unused condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in the original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

InbedwithyOu will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. You will be responsible for the return delivery charge. The item is your responsibility until it reaches InbedwithyOu. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. If the goods we deliver are damaged or defective, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email of the problem immediately on delivery of the goods in question. At which point InbedwithyOu reserves the right to assess the damage.

InbedwithyOu also reserves the right to reject returns that are damaged, soiled or altered.
